Our broker, Andrew Show, began his Exclusive Buyer’s Agent career here in Columbus in May of 1992 and he has never represented a seller, ever! He opened Buyer’s Resource Realty Services as the Broker and Owner (licensed by the State of Ohio) on January 1, 1996. We are an Exclusive Buyer Brokerage, which means we represent only home buyers. We don’t list any homes or work for home sellers, so there is never a conflict of interest!

- Exclusively represent your interests as the Home Buyer. Neither the broker nor any agent of this broker has any seller's listings or represents any seller.
- Keep your financial capabilities and your price intentions confidential. When available, Buyer’s Resource Realty Services pledges to share the seller’s motives with you.
- Counsel with you to determine the type and location of real estate property which best serves your needs and desires.
- Diligently search for the type and location of available properties for sale determined by you during your counseling session.
- Point out the general weaknesses of real property as well as its strengths.
- Negotiate exclusively on your behalf as the home buyer, for the best available purchase price, terms and conditions.
- Offer an independent property inspection with a written report and a "home warranty" program as part of your purchase contract.
- Pledge to you, our client, our complete legal fiduciary duties of loyalty, obedience, confidentiality, accounting, reasonable skill and care, and full disclosure.
