Lewis Center Ohio
Lewis Center has exploded from its sleepy existence just 24 years ago into one of the hottest areas in the northern Metro Columbus area, with mostly new and newer housing and great shopping! The Polaris Mall area provides an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options to area residents.
Virtually all of the retail and commercial growth has taken place along the US Route 23 and the Polaris Parkway corridors. Suburban growth came rapidly in areas contiguous to these corridors. Many mid and upscale communities have also been established near Alum Creek Reservoir and State Park. The retail and commercial growth has given residents a favorable tax structure, but it has also brought congestion around retail areas.
