2. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. See for yourself why the zoo attracts over two million visitors a year! Experience outstanding wildlife and marine exhibits along with special events. During the winter, zoo hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:0o p.m. daily. Admission is half-price through February 28, 2014; see the zoo website for details!
3. Hollywood Casino. Why fly to Vegas? All the excitement of gaming is right here in Columbus. If you’re not a gambler, then come for the food! Forbes Magazine Travel Guide recently awarded 4 Stars to the Final Cut restaurant, which features some of the best steak and seafood in Ohio. There’s also live entertainment at the o.h. Lounge every weekend!
4. Sports Ohio. Located in nearby Dublin, this indoor/outdoor sports activity center offers a cure for winter blues! There are open play dates for all ages, as well as team-centered events. Enjoy basketball, dodge ball, inflatable slides and more.
5. COSI – Center of Science and Industry. Experience immersive-screen movies, explore science, and choose your adventure at COSI! There is always something new to see. Expand your mind while entertaining the whole family at COSI.
